# Balance It! Privacy Policy Effective date: 2 November 2026 This policy explains what information the Android game "Balance It!" (package com.teremokgames.balanceit), published on Google Play by Teremok Games, collects, why, and what choices you have. Teremok Games is the trade name of Aliaksei Haravy, registered individual entrepreneur, who is responsible for this game and the controller of personal data processed through it ("we"). Contact for any privacy question or request: alexey.gorovoy.work@gmail.com # Summary - The game has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. - Your progress (scores, unlocked shapes, points, settings) is stored only on your device. - The game shows ads through Appodeal and its advertising partners, and uses Google Firebase for crash reports and remote settings. These services receive some device information, described below. - In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, personalised ads are shown only if you agree in the consent dialog. # 1. Information stored on your device Scores, high scores, unlocked shapes, earned points, sound and vibration settings, and timing information used to space out ads and review requests. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data in Android settings deletes it. # 2. Information processed by third-party services Crash reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics) When the game crashes or hits a serious error, a report is sent with technical details: the error trace, device model, Android version, app version, and a random installation identifier. Purpose: finding and fixing bugs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working game. Crash data is kept by Google for up to 90 days. Remote settings (Google Firebase Remote Config) The game downloads settings such as how often ads may appear. To do so it sends a random Firebase installation identifier, the app version and the device language. Purpose: adjusting the game without an update. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Advertising (Appodeal and its partners) The game shows ads. To do that, Appodeal and the ad networks it works with may collect: your device's advertising ID, IP address (and an approximate location derived from it), device and network information, and how you interact with ads. Purpose: showing ads, limiting how often you see the same ad, measuring ad performance and preventing fraud. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, ads are personalised only with your consent, which you can give or refuse in the dialog shown at first launch. Without consent you still see ads, but they are not personalised. Legal basis: your consent (personalised ads) or legitimate interest (non-personalised ads and fraud prevention). Appodeal's privacy policy, including the list of its partners: https://appodeal.com/privacy-policy Google Play If the game asks you to rate it, the rating window is provided by Google Play. We do not receive your rating, your review or whether you left one. Sharing your score If you use the share button, the text is passed to the app you choose. We do not receive it. These providers process data under their own privacy policies: Google / Firebase: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy Appodeal: https://appodeal.com/privacy-policy # 3. Your choices - Reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation: Android Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on the device). - Change your ad consent: clear the game's data in Android settings and start the game again to see the consent dialog. - Stop all collection: uninstall the game. # 4. Your rights If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not run our own servers for this game and do not know who you are, most requests are best directed to the providers above; write to us at alexey.gorovoy.work@gmail.com and we will help. # 5. International transfers Google and several advertising partners process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable to each provider. # 6. Security Data sent by the services above is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Data stored on your device is protected by Android's app sandbox. # 7. Children The game is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the game, contact us at alexey.gorovoy.work@gmail.com. # 8. Changes If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
